Roofing

Years of experience working on various complex and bespoke projects, has provided us with a portfolio of excellent roofing case studies that has catapulted us to the forefront of roofing works.

We have developed into one of the country’s leading industrial and commercial roofing contractors, offering nothing but the highest standards of workmanship and quality.

We supply and install four main types of roofing systems that can be used on a wide range of diverse projects.

Also known as single ply roofing, membrane roofing is a flexible and durable choice of roofing system.  This allows for particularly complex design needs to be met that can be installed in a variety of different materials specific to a client’s requirement.  The quality of installation is of paramount importance and may incur longer installation time frames than other systems we offer.  However, by ensuring the installation is completed to the high standards we pride ourselves on at Envisage, future refurbishments can be avoided.

A standing seam roof system is best suited for long sloped roofs, avoiding damage to the outer metal sheet using concealed, non-penetrating clips.  This effective technique, whereby flat panels are joined vertically over the flat of a roof, ensure excellent protection against the elements and provide an aesthetically pleasing finish.  We also offer advice on thermal and acoustic performance as part of our integrated service.  Completion of a standing seam roof installation is subject to the scale of the project undertaken, but due to the on-site production of panels, the client benefits from regular up to date time scales and quality assurance.

The quickest and potentially most competitively priced roofing solution, built up roof systems have been the predominant roofing system for over 40 years and are considered the most traditional of the systems we offer.  Consisting of thin-gauge profiled steel or aluminium sheeting, these systems are usually filled with loose laid insulation of specific depth to achieve the U-value required.

Composite roofing panels are the preferred option for industrial and commercial projects.  Due to the longer length of the panels required for this roofing system, it is an economical option for larger-scale projects that require minimal complex shapes.  However, in recent years smaller-scale projects have begun to utilise composite roofing. It is a relatively quick process because of the lightweight panels that enables workforces to work faster than with more traditional materials.
